The entry submission period has ended. Now, it's time to vote for the ones who you think deserve to win. Three finalists will be selected from the top 10 most voted entries. Only one vote per video allowed.
The Ultimate Job Interview is a contest for college students and recent graduates who are looking to make their mark in Atlanta. Contestants enter by submitting a 90-second video on why Atlanta is a place where people can make their mark. Once the video has been submitted, entrants will share their video to secure votes. The top 10 entrants receiving the most votes will become semifinalists and have the opportunity to give a five-minute pitch presentation, virtually, to a panel of judges to tell why they should be hired and how they will make their mark in Atlanta. After the five-minute pitch presentations, judges will select three finalists. These finalists will receive an all-expenses-paid trip to interview with five top Atlanta executives before a live audience. The finale event will air on WSB-TV at the end of January.
This contest is open only to legal U.S. residents, over the age of 18. Employees of The Metro Atlanta Chamber (along with its contractors, affiliates and subsidiaries) and their families are not eligible. Void where prohibited by law. Contestants residing in those areas where the contest is void may participate in the contest, but may not win any prizes.

Representatives from ChooseATL and sponsor organizations will serve as judges and rate the semifinalists based on the quality, creativity and originality of their submissions along with their presentation skills and the content presented during their five-minute pitch. The three finalists will be selected from this pool of Semifinalists. Our panel of five top Atlanta executives will rate and judge finalists based on their performance during the finalists’ challenge and in-person presentations during the finale event. All decisions of the judges are final.
