What is the Ultimate Job Interview?

The Ultimate Job Interview is a contest for college students who are looking to make their mark in Atlanta. Contestants enter by submitting a 90 second video on why Atlanta is a place where people can make their mark. From there, the Top 10 Entrants will create 5-minute pitch presentation outlining why they should be hired and how they’ll make their mark in Atlanta. Judges will review the top 10 entries receiving the most votes during the voting period. Three top ranked finalists will get an all expenses paid trip to interview with 5 top Atlanta executives.

Who is eligible for this contest?

This contest is open only to legal U.S. residents, over the age of 18. Employees of The Metro Atlanta Chamber (along with its contractors, affiliates and subsidiaries) and their families are not eligible. Void where prohibited by law. Contestants residing in those areas where the contest is void may participate in the contest but may not win any prizes.

November 3, 3015: Public Voting Begins
November 17, 2015: Semifinalists Announced
December 2, 2015: 5-minute Pitch Sessions
December 9, 2015: Finalists Announced
January 5-6, 2015: Two-Day Finale Event

How will the winner be selected?

Employees of The Metro Atlanta Chamber will judge and review the top 10 entries receiving the most votes during the voting period based on the quality, creativity and originality of their submissions. 3 finalists will be selected from this pool of Semifinalists. Our panel of 5 top Atlanta Executives will then rate and judge finalists based on their in-person presentations. All decisions of the judges are final.
