The Technical Training Department at Mercedes-Benz USA is composed of three separate groups: the instructional design team (responsible for developing technical curriculum), trainers (responsible for facilitating training within our five Learning and Performance centers), and the Recruitment, Development, and Retention team (responsible for managing programs and strategies that aim to solve MBUSA’s Technician shortage).
Project Purpose/ Specific Goals and Objectives for the internship:
The primary goal of this internship is to help MB Academy reduce the technician shortage through attracting more prospective Technicians to our brand (both new and experienced).
